HEROES HEROISM

Heroism is the crowning pinnacle of a mortal's achievement. After years

of struggling to attains millions of points of experience, taking part in

incredible battles, and being killed a staggering amount of times, a

mortal may, someday, hope to be granted the immense power of becoming a

Hero, and serving forever the God who granted this power to them.

A Hero is basically another class, such as Mage or Warrior, and yet it

is completely different. As a Hero, you may wear any piece of equipment,

regardless of level or class restrictions, and you may learn any spell

or skill. Once remorting to Hero, you will attain the maximum stats,

such as CON or DEX, that your race allows, and thus enjoy massive

gains upon every level. However, you are also completely at the mercy

of your patron God. Any tiny amount of disrespect or disobedience

shown toward Him or Her, and you will most likely lose your Heroic

status forever. You MUST completely obey everything your Patron

commands of you, without question and without regard to your own life.

Also, Role Play is, unlike for non-Heroes, strictly enforced for Heroes.

If you are caught leaving the RP that your Patron has commanded of you,

you WILL lose your Heroic status. Be wary of this, for even something

thought of as insignificant before (such as you, an Elf, waving to or

speaking pleasantly to a Troll as he enters your room, unless for some

reason your Patron has commanded you to love Trolls) will likely result

in losing your Hero.

While RP is not enforced for non-Heroes, if you wish someday to become

a Hero, it will be in your best interest to Role Play as much as you can

even before you Hero, in order to gain the favor of the God that will

grant you this power.

Last, a Hero cannot learn skills and spells by the level system, which

consists of every level offering you another skill or spell to learn.

Instead, they must learn each skill by learning its prerequisites first.

You MUST have a grand total of 200 levels before even being considered

to be a Hero!
