KENDER
The Kender are a race of peoples who are only a wee bit shorter than the
average human. With slightly pointed elf-like ears and sea green eyes as a
trait for each and every one their race they are easily identified by most
well traveled folks of the world. As is tradition all Kenders leave home
at a young age to view the world returning when the road allows to visit
family and trade stories with the older relatives who had long ago settled
to a more stationary life. Though the Kender is quite good by nature their
curious minds lead them to cause troubles wherever they may be. All Kender
seem to have a high innate dexterity and can easily lie through omission
though never intentionally. With a compulsive habit of pilfering peoples
pockets and making off with their valuables they are often shunned in
markets and civilized cities. Any Kender of age seven is so adept at
speech they can have the most astute of peoples beleiving that the items
that were just taken from them were never theirs to begin with. Most
kender aspire to doing nothing more than seeing the world, drinking some
ale, "aquiring goods" and returning home with tales of deeds done and
adventures undertaken.
